These are custom, (altered a little from the original design) Blood Elf daggers from World of Warcraft:
I made them by altering a couple of plastic knockoff Lord of the Rings toy swords (used those for the handle grips) to which I added a fancy hilt made from craft foam coated with styrene and decorated with hotglue.) I made the green jagged knife blades out of styrene which I attached over a core shape made out of custom-cut balsa wood. I used a combination of green metal flake and gold metallic Testor's paint to paint the surface of the blades.
